Dog Sitting

So we went to dog sit Jad's (Jered's Brother) dogs. They have a 1 year old Great Dane, Talem, and a Mastiff puppy, Yukon. They are too cute!

We had fun playin with the puppies all weekend, but they wore us out!

Astoria Coast 2/13/2010

It was pretty....but foggy.Only in Astoria, on your way to Fort Stevens can you get your GPS to say "Driving on Road".The Goonies House!Yes we love it!
We went to Fort Stevens too....And Seaside to play on the beach for a few min.These are the CRAZY boys who went into the water like this....mind you its the Oregon coast in FEBUARY, so its COLD!!!!!!
We had a ton of fun spending time together and playing with the camera. Can't wait to do it again!

Midterms....

Ok, so we have been stressed about midterms for the last few weeks. But they are now done, and all our preperation and stress paid off!
Jered: Math: 86%, CS311: 96%, CS345: 99%
Eryn: Math: 80%, ASL102:93%, CS311: 95%, CS345: 97%
And I am tooting our horns about it because it ROCKS!!!!!!!!!
I am very proud of my Fiance for doing soooo well!

Levi's birthday!

This is one of my bestest friends in the whole wide world!


He turned 30 on Feb. 6. So Jered drove us to Redmond to surprise Levi for his birthday! It snowed on the pass, and it was gorgeous!


After having fun there all day, we came home to dogsit for Jered's parents. Jered's Aunt and Grandma are here from Iowa. His parents took them to the coast for the night, so we went and watched Mack, his parents Corgi,

and Gizmo aka Mo aka Homer, Jered's dog.


Follow that up with the superbowl, and we had a fantastic time this weekend!

The first anniversary of our first date......

Exactly one year ago today Jered and I made a trip to Bridge, OR to pick up his brother and bring him home. That was our first date, because we spent 4 hours in a car together alone, and 4 more chaperoned by his brother. One year later we are engaged and looking forward to many, many more anniversaries. We went out to the Melting Pot for dinner on Sat night, it was beyond delicious! And tonight is low key as we exchange gifts. Here is to many more years, and love, laughter and friendship. Critter Campus 2010

2010 Critter Campus kicked off at 0730 on Jan 30, 2010, for those of us who showed up for setup. And the rest were put to work as they showed up! We greatly appreciate all the help we got for setup, take down, and all the instructors for the day. My mom, Linda, after organizing, and running the event for the last 13 years, has decided to retire from organizational chair. She leaves it to Kat and I, but says she will help where needed. As usual it was a lot of fun, while being educational.The silent auction was a big hit!Flat Lucky even showed up!

John Michael Montgomery Concert

For one of my BFF's, TJ, birthday, we took her to Grand Ronde to the Spirit Mountain Casino to see JMM. The concert was great! Better was the drive home where none of us stopped laughing! Good times were had by all, and nobody kidnapped JMM......

Jered's birthday!

On Jan 19, 2010, Jered turned another year older! He wouldn't let me take any good pictures of him so I will spare you the bad ones. We went out to his parents house where his mom made some very yummy lasagna, and a great cake! We all chipped in and bought him a new Garmin Nuvi for his birthday, mostly because he is directionally challenged. On his birthday I bought him a new Carhart sweater. I look forward to many more birthday's with my wonderful man.

Chyenne's 8th birthday!

As hard as it is to believe, my baby girl turned 8 on Jan 10, 2010. Where has the time gone?! I can still remember when she was born, and taking her to Rabbit and Cavy Days when she was only 3 weeks old! But she is turning out to be a beautiful, intelligent, and loving little girl (I might be partial though). We had her party at Chuck E Cheese, and while we had fun, I will never do it again!She wanted a "pink" party.....so we went all out with the flowers!Everyone had fun!I would like to say she gets her cheesyness from her father, but you all know me well enough to know better!

2009 catch up.....

Ok, so I thought that a quick update from 2009 would be helpful....this is not at all detailed, fair warning.
Jan- Eryn hurt her shoulder at work and really started hanging out with Jered. Chyenne turned 7. Jered got a year older. And Kayla(Jered's niece) turned 8.
Feb- Jered and Eryn started dating. Our first date was a 4 hour one way drive to get his brother from Bridge, OR.
March - Caiden(Eryn's nephew) turned 1, and so did Grace(Jered's niece).
April and May were pretty uneventful
June- Jered and Eryn moved in together and from Keizer to Dallas, OR
July- Marion County fair
Aug- One of Eryn's bff's, Kat, got married
Sept- Chyenne started 2nd grade. Eryn had shoulder surgery 3 days into Fall term at WOU.
Oct- Eryn got another year older
Nov- Eryn did Chyenne's pics at her parents house with the new camera Jered got her for her birthday

Dec- Hooray for the end of the term! And hooray for Christmas! Oh yeah, and hooray for getting engaged!!!!!
